    Christian Creation Association Night!
Last Sunday our Church had a night service. The CCA (Christian Creation Association), came and gave a presentation on creation vs evolution. It was very good! They also talked about dinosaurs. They brought with many replica bones and even a rock drawing of a dinosaur from Peru!

    Happy Birthday Dominic!
Today Dominic is celebrating his fourth birthday in Heaven.
We printed this story on the handout at his funeral.
    The Lamb Story
There is a story of sweetness and beauty which flashes its light upon every couple who has lost a little one; this is a story concerning a custom in the Alps. In the summer time, when the grass in the lower valleys dries up and withers, the shepherds seek to lead their sheep up the winding, thorny, and stony pathway. The sheep are reluctant to take the hardships; so they turn back and will not follow very far. The shepherds make repeated attempts, but the timid sheep turn back. Finally, a shepherd reaches into the flock and takes a little lamb and places it under his arm, and them he reaches in and takes up another lamb and places it under the other arm. Then he starts out up the precipitous pathway; soon the mother sheep start to follow, and afterward the entire flock. They ascend the tortuous trail to green pastures.
The great shepherd of the sheep, the Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior, has reached into the flock, and He has picked our lamb. He did not do it to rob us, but to lead us out and upward. He has richer and greener pastures for us and He wants us to follow. Will you follow Him? You will if you catch a glimpse of Him.

    Shelby’s House!
The guys worked on the horse stable last weekend. It is almost done! Soon Shelby will come home to a nice warm shelter. We are also getting a Paso Fino. He is currently in Missouri being trained, but will soon arrive.

After the boys did what they could, they decided to snowboard. These are some of my favorites. They didn’t do this often, but I, along with them, enjoyed these pictures much better than the ones when they were actually on the snowboard.

    Jake at his finest!

    “Don’t fall Caleb!”

Where did your snowboard go Ben?

Alex had lots of fun too!

    Christmas!
Our favorite time of year is Christmas! We love getting our tree, decorating, baking cookies, caroling, giving gifts, and celebrating with family. We all enjoy Christmas, not for the decorations or gifts, but because our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ was born upon this day. The reason for His coming was to save us. Christ took our sins upon Himself as He died on the tree. Through His gift of Himself we can all enter the kingdom of Heaven. Praise the Lord! That is the reason we celebrate Christmas-to remember the day Christ Jesus came to earth to set us free.

Christmas Eve at Gramma and Grampa Lemieux’s house!!

    What did you get Ben?

Happy 77th Birthday Grampa! Royal Albert! Thank-you Gramma. Anyone care for some tea? Merry Christmas! Three chairs from
    Gramma and Grampa!!
    Christmas!
    Just what I wanted!!
We give gifts to remind others of the gift Christ gave us. Our gifts we give have a price; the gift Jesus gives every person is priceless, all you have to do is call upon the name of the Lord and you can receive His gift- the gift of salvation. Merry Christmas!

    Victorian Christmas!
On the 8th we sang, and danced in Sharon, WI. for Victorian Christmas. We had so much fun! Here are some pictures from the night.

Here we all are in costume.

Dana with her tall featherd bonnet!

Caitlin wore a hoop under her skirt.

Stephanie in her beautiful crimson dress.

    Gianna loved her green dress.

Isn’t Jacob handsome in his top hat!? He was so excited to dance!

Dancing in the middle of town.

Here are all the dancers who danced the old Victorian dances.

We also sang. It was so cold and windy, our fingers and toes felt as if they were frozen!

We had fun posing for Mom. When we try to take a serious picture we usually end up laughing . I don’t know how she got this one. Three cheers for Mom!

    Where’s Ben?

Today, after passing out math books, I couldn’t find Ben. I saw him go around to the other side of the table, but then he was gone. After a silent 2 second search I found him on the other side of the table……

…..he was on the floor sitting in a plastic bin doing math!

We decorated the church this weekend. Here are some pictures from that night.

    Dana hanging garland.

Liz helping Dana put up the garland.

Here is the beautiful Christmas tree mom decorated. Doesn’t it remind you of home!? The tree is artificial, but it looks so real in the picture.
