Today…
Caleb made the juice,

while the bread was rising.

We did chores, finished school, had sandwiches for lunch, and now it’s reading time.
Yummm…

Some green letting us know summer will come again!

Have a wonderful rest of today!!

I can almost smell the bread ~ mmmmmmmm ~
Ahhh, sounds like a perfect winter day! isn’t it amazing how a little green can look so good!
Are those azaleas?
Oh, I adore homemade bread! You’ve had a nice day so far, it seems. So have I! I haven’t gotten a thing done, but Hubby and I took care of 4 of the 5 grandwonders while their mommy and daddy took Grace out for lunch for her 6th birthday. We were BUSY! The day is young still, and I feel blessed.
Didn’t get to baking bread this morning….you should’ve drove a loaf over for lunch Mom!
Love ya. =)
you need to share your recipe!! hint hint!
My daffodils are about half way up! CAN’T WAIT for Spring!
@alltheveas - Those are Rhododendron, Azalea are in the same family though. Azalea have one blossom per stem, where the rhododendron have flower clusters. Their flowers are so pretty, a bright pink. That just about exhausts my knowledge on them
. Spring is getting closer
@Richgem - You don’t have to get anything done…just enjoy those “grandblessings”. You ARE blessed
!
@Elizabethmarie_1 - I would have if I knew you didn’t have a chance to make yours. Next time, just come over for lunch
.
Love ya… = )
@victoriantomboy - I will message you the recipe. I can’t wait for spring either!!!
Oh…this takes me back! we used to juice each morning and mom made homemade bread the start of every wk. love that smell. we have a bread machine now…but it’s just not the same.
happy thursday!!
The bread looks yummy! The green makes me want summer…sigh! I tried commenting on your blog but it won’t let me, I have to sign in with something off the list they give and I’m not a part of any of the “somethings”, so I’ll comment here! Love ya!!!
